Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

MommyRon ("the app", "we", "our") is developed and operated by Medianeth ("we", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how MommyRon handles your information when you use the iOS app.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

MommyRon is a local-first app. This means:

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information.
• We do not collect health or fitness data about you beyond what you voluntarily enter, and we never transmit that data off your device.
• We do not use analytics, crash-reporting services, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking.
• We do not set cookies or use other tracking technologies.
• We do not receive usage telemetry, device identifiers, or location data.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following information locally on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData and App Group sandbox:

• Pump session records (start time, end time, volume, notes you add).
• Breast milk stash inventory and expiration tracking.
• App settings and preferences (pump interval, reminder settings, volume units, etc.).

This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to iCloud unless you enable device-level backups through Apple. If you delete the app, all associated data is removed from your device.

4. System Permissions We Request

The app requests the following iOS permissions, solely to provide core functionality:

• Notifications — to deliver pump reminders and stash-expiry alerts you have opted into. All notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by iOS.
• AlarmKit (iOS 26+) — to schedule wake-through-silent alarms for overnight pump sessions when you enable Alarm Mode. Alarm scheduling is handled entirely by iOS on your device.
• Critical Alerts (if granted by Apple and enabled by you) — to ensure nighttime alarms bypass silent mode and Do Not Disturb. Used only for user-scheduled pump wake alarms.

5. Third-Party Services

MommyRon does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, social, or cloud services. The app does not make any network requests. The only exception is on-device machine learning via Apple's Foundation Models framework, which runs entirely on your device and does not transmit your data.

6. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect your data, we do not share it. Period. We do not sell, rent, license, trade, or disclose any personal information to anyone.

7. Your Control Over Your Data

You have complete control:

• Export your sessions to CSV or PDF at any time from Settings.
• Delete individual sessions or stash entries from within the app.
• Clear all data from Settings › Data › Clear All Data.
• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

MommyRon is designed for adults (parents and caregivers). We do not knowingly collect any information from children, and the app does not include features intended for children.

9. Security

Your data is stored in the app's sandboxed container on your device and is protected by the standard iOS security model, including device encryption when your device is locked. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no network-side exposure to worry about.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, when the change is material, we will highlight it within the app. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
